Workly includes six core modules: Catalogue (inventory, recipes and ingredients), Financial (BEAST dashboard), Invoicing (quotes, invoices and Peppol), Staff (scheduling and PIN login), Reservations (console, floor plan, gift vouchers and mailing) and Website Integration (catering widget).

Define your venues with capacity and opening hours. Guests can book via an embeddable widget or be entered manually. Manage everything from the reservation console with filters, status updates and an interactive floor plan.

Yes! Configure the widget in Workly, copy the embed code and paste it on your website. The widget runs in an isolated Shadow DOM so your existing styling stays untouched. You can set a domain allowlist for extra security.

The BEAST dashboard shows revenue, costs and margins in real time. Filter by period, event or menu item. Staff costs, ingredient costs and revenue update automatically based on your daily activity.

When you add an employee, Workly generates a temporary 4- to 6-digit PIN. On first login the employee is required to choose a new PIN. As an admin you can reset PINs at any time.

Yes. In the staff module you can schedule employees per event or per day. The calendar view shows who is working when and what the expected staff costs are.

Absolutely. Workly is fully GDPR-compliant. Your data is stored in a secure database with complete data isolation per organisation.

Workly works in all modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. We recommend the latest version for the best experience.

Peppol is a European network for electronic invoicing. In Belgium it is mandatory for government contracts and increasingly used for B2B. With Workly you can send invoices directly via Peppol.
